About Me.
MYU （みゅう）
Author, Writing Educator, Editor and Nationally Certified Japanese Language Teacher
Writing has been at the center of my life since childhood.
For more than 20 years, I have written nonfiction books, writing guides, and children's stories. I also served as editor-in-chief of a high school baseball media publication for over 15 years, helping writers find their voices and share their stories with readers.
Today, I combine my experience as an author, editor, educator, and Japanese language teacher to support learners of all ages.Through writing, conversation, and creative expression, I help people build confidence, discover their unique voice, and connect with others through Japanese.

Learning a language is a journey. As your learning partner, Myu provides personalized support to help you build confidence and achieve your goals in Japanese.
Choose from 25- or 45-minute sessions, including conversation practice, textbook-based study, or lessons tailored to your interests and level.（Lessons are conducted in Japanese.）

Children’s Japanese Program
Creative Japanese learning for bilingual and international families.
Led by Myu, an author and writing educator with over 10 years of experience teaching children, this program helps young learners develop confidence, creativity, and self-expression through engaging online lessons.（Lessons are conducted in Japanese.）
